DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel arrested a Chhatra Shibir activist from capital’s Bhatara on charge of posting cartoon and objectionable comment on social site facebook over Sheikh Hasina and Sheikh Mujib.

Acting on a tip-off, RAB arrested Shibir activist Nur Nabi Sujan from Bhatara on Sunday night.

RAB legal and media wing director ATM Habibur Rahman said, on primary quizzing Nur Nabi admitted his guilt.

In a press conference on Monday RAB-1 claimed Nur Nabi has been posting embarrassing comment and defamatory cartoon about Sheikh Hasina and Sheikh Mujib for one year.
