GAZIPUR: A fire broke out at a dyeing factory in Konabari industrial zone in the metropolitan city on Tuesday morning.

The fire originated at Moushumi Dyeing Limited around 8:30am.

On information, four fire fighting units from Kaliakoir and Gazipur fire services rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control.  

Gazipur fire service deputy assistant director Akhtaruzzaman Ripon confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The reason of the origination of fire could not be known immediately, he said.
