DHAKA: Opposition BNP’s central vice chairman Syeda Razia Foyez MP, also former minister, passed away at around 4:22pm Friday.

She breathed her last at city’s United hospital.

Family sources said her Namaz-e-Janaza will be held at Azad jam-e-Masjid of Gulshan after the Esha prayer.

Opposition BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia prayed for the departed soul and expressed her condolences to the deceased’s family members.
