CHITTAGONG: The admission test of honors first year of 2013-14 sessions of Chittagong University began from Saturday amid much expectation among the admission seekers.

This year, 39 applicants are fighting against one seat. Of them, 109 students will fight at Law Faculty for every seat.

In 2013-14 academic sessions, 1,62,348 applicants applied for 4,195 seats in seven faculties and five institutions.

Deputy registrar (academic) and admission committee secretary SM Akbar Hossain said the admission test has started the examination of “D’ unit.
