Pakistan flag burnt in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: Angry people set fire to the flag of Pakistan in Cheragi Pahar intersection in the port city on Wednesday noon protesting the intervention of internal affairs of Bangladesh over the execution of war crimes convict Quader Mollah.

Meanwhile, they also burnt effigy of Pakistan Minister for Interior Chaudhury Nisar Ali Khan.

An organization named ‘Jege Otho Bangladesh’ arranged the protest rally where people of all walks of life joined the rally in front of Chittagong Press Club in Jamal Khan area.

Later, they brought out a protest procession amid chanting anti-Pakistan slogans.

They, however, burnt effigy of Pakistan minister and flag.
