Garment Sramik Samhati general secretary Babul Hossain went missing, according to his organization.

Taslima Akhter, president of the Garment Sramik Samhati, came up with the allegation in a statement on Wednesday (November 15).

However, Taslima demanded the safe return of Babul Hossain to his family immediately.

Babul, also a readymade garment workers' leader in the ongoing movement for wage hike, went missing after 7:30pm on Tuesday. He went to Gazipur in the evening from his Ashulia house to meet the other workers.

His mobile phone was found switched off since then.
