A four-day Investment Fair 2023 has begun at the Rupayan Emporium shopping complex in Ashulia.

Securing the slogan 'Investing in Tomorrow's Prosperity', the fair will continue until December 22, according to a press release.

Dewan Faisal Haque, Senior General Manager and Head of Sales at Rupayan Housing Estate Limited, inaugurated the event on Tuesday.

Speaking at the occasion, Dewan Faisal Haque highlighted the trusted collaboration of the group with investors for more than 30 years.

“This investment fair is the continuation of that journey, and we are offering special benefits for the investors during the fair,” he said.

He also assured the continuous commitment to business integrity and the ongoing transfer of ownership to all investors, maintaining transparency.

The fair, which will run for four days, features the sale of shops covering 75-311 square feet, showrooms ranging from 2,840 to 4,105 square feet, offices from 1,810 to 3,210 square feet, and apartments from 430 to 5,480 square feet, including a food court.

Built on 73 acres of land, this market will offer special amenities, including controlled heating and cooling systems, a market-owned generator backup, soundproof glass usage, banking and booth facilities within the market, dedicated car parking for market visitors, modern escalators, capsule lifts, and fire safety measures with functional staircases.
