Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today (December 26) predicted that the weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. 

According to the BMD bulletin, moderate to thick fog may occur over the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country during midnight till tomorrow morning.

Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

Country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 29 degrees Celsius at Cox's Bazar while today's minimum temperature 12.1 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.

The sun sets at 5:19 pm today and rises at 6: 39 am tomorrow in the capital.
