Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) members in a drive in Cox’s Bazar on Sunday (December 31).

The arrestees are – Rahmat Ullah, 35, ARSA logistic commander, and his two companions Noor Alam, 23, and Nurul Islam, 24.

RAB carried out the drive this morning at a house in Kalatali Adarshagram of the city.

A large quantity of cocktails, explosives, military uniforms, various bomb-making equipment and winter clothes were recovered from the spot, according to RAB.

Abu Salam Chowdhury, Senior Assistant Director of Law and Media Branch of RAB-15 confirmed the matter.
