DHAKA: A university student was killed in a road accident at Mohakhali flyover in the capital early Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Mahfuzur Rahman Khan, first year student of a private university, son of Shahjalal Khan of Kallyanpur area.
 
Banani Thana police told banglanews that a pick up van rammed Mahfuzur at around 1.00am, leaving him injured critically.

Later, he was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital where on duty doctor declared him dead.
