A Dhaka court on Sunday (April 21) placed three officials of Transcom Group on three-day remand each in a case filed against the conglomerate’s top leaders for allegedly trying to deny family members their rightful share in ancestral property.

The court, however, granted bail to six others accused in the case including the Transcom CEO Simeen Rahman and Chairman Shahnaz Rahman.

The three remanded officials are- Transcom Group Director of Corporate Finance Abdullah Al Mamun, Manager Abu Yusuf Md Siddik, and Assistant Company Secretary Mohammed Mossadeq.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Rashidul Alam passed the order.
