First Bangladeshi hajj pilgrim dies in Saudi Arabia this year

A Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrim died in Saudi Arabia, according to the Hajj management portal of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Deceased Md Asaduzzman, 57, breathed his last in Madinah on Wednesday (May 15). His passport number is 'A135610434'.

A regular bulletin of IT help-desk of hajj management portal confirmed the death news around 3am on Saturday.

Asaduzzman is the first Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrim to breath his last in Saudi Arabia this year.

27,111 Bangladeshi pilgrims, out of 86,527,  reached Saudi Arabia till 3am on Saturday.
