Another person, who was shot during the last student movement at Jatrabari in the capital on August 5, succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Dhaka last night.

Md Hasan, 30, who worked at a storehouse in Jatrabari, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) around 12 midnight.

Kabir Hossain, father of the deceased Hasan, said that their house is in Raichand village of Lalmohan upazila of Bhola. Hasan was living on rent in Kajla area of Jatrabari along wife Mala and two sons.

DMCH police camp In-charge Bachchu Mia confirming the matter said that the body has been kept in the hospital morgue for autopsy.
