Kotwali police have arrested nine individuals in a special drive conducted over the past 24 hours in connection with multiple criminal charges, including drug peddling, robbery, extortion, and theft.

According to a media release by the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), the arrestees have been identified as Kazi Shafiqul Islam Mithu (41), Shuvo Hawlader (23), Munna Matabbar (21), Rahat (19), Md. Sagar (19), Fahim (19), Anik (19), Shuvo Mia (20), and Md. Ahiduzzaman Nayan (20).

The arrestees have been sent to the court.
