The High Court has stayed the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) election until October 30.

The decision was announced on Monday afternoon (Sept 1), effectively halting the electoral process scheduled for September 9, according to the previously declared election schedule. 

The court order means the much-anticipated DUCSU election, a key event in campus politics, will not proceed as planned next week.
