DHAKA: The diary of Tajuddin Ahmed, founding Prime Minister of Bangladesh, was an important asset for Bangladesh as it had penned many parts of untold history, speakers at a function said.    

Addressing a publication ceremony of the 4th part of the diary at the National Museum, Justice Muhammad Habibur Rahman said Tajuddin Ahmed was a dream maker who described many untold parts of history in his diary.

Prativash, organized the programme with Professor Khan Sarwar Murshid in the chair while Justice Muhammad Habibur Rahman, Finance Minister Abul Mal Abdul Muhith, Nation professor Anisuzzaman, Professor Abdullah Abu Syeed, Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr. Atiur Rahman delivered their speech in the programme.
 
Tajuddin wrote his diary in English the diary was published in Bengali in 1999 which Poet Belal Chowdhury now retranslated.
