DHAKA: Jatiya Party chairman HM Ershad categorically said that his party would not participate in any election if all political parties did not participate.

He came up with the observation in a press briefing at his Banani office in the capital on Monday noon.

HM Ershad said, “BNP is a political party, so do Jatiya Party. If BNP does not participate in election under interim government, JP will also do so.”
