More than a hundred BNP leaders and activists, including its international affairs committee member Ishraque Hossain were sued in Barishal's Gournadi over the clash in Mahilara union early this morning (Nov 5).

Police, however, arrested seven persons following the case filed.

Gournadi upazila Mahilara union Jubo League president Sohel Rari lodged the case where Ishraque Hossain has been made the main accused.

The case was filed against 120 to 130 men under Panel Code and Explosive Substances Act around 9pm on Saturday, said the police station inspector (investigation) Md Helaluddin.
