DHAKA: Noted Industrialist Abdul Awal Mintoo’s son Tabith Awal sought Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s intervention to release of his father immediately.

In a statement sent to the press, Tabith Awal claimed Abdul Awal Mintoo is a respectable industrialist and community leader.

He also claimed that the government has arrested him in a case of arson, conspiracy to kill and vandalism but court does not give his bail on Sunday as it was hearing date.

Tabith also claimed already 13 persons got bail in the same case but his father didn’t.

So, he sought Sheikh Hasina’s intervention by the media to release his father.
