DHAKA: Jatiya Party (JP) on Friday announced party candidates to 299 constituencies for the upcoming 10th general election.

As per the announcement, Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad will compete in three constituencies; Lalmonirhaat-1, Rangpur-3 and Dhaka-17.

Party sources said they did not nominate any candidate for Kishoreganj-4 constituency.

Previously, the incumbent president competed for the seat. They didn’t have any candidates in the seat as a sign of respect.
