DHAKA: A meeting between two top leaders of Jamaat and Alexander A Nikolaev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Dhaka,was held.

The meeting was held at ambassador’s residence from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Monday.

Jamaat assistant secretary general Barrister Abdur Razzak, Barrister Arman Ali, son of war convicted Mir Kashem Ali, and former ambassador Farooque Sobhan were present at the meeting.

During the parley, they discussed various political issues, including Jamaat registration cancellation and upcoming parliament election.
