DHAKA: As per order of central leaders of opposition BNP, Chhatra Dal activists hurled petrol bomb at a bus at Shahbagh on November 28 when 19 people were burnt.

Joint Commissioner of Metropolitan Detective Branch of Police Monirul Islam made the disclosure at a press conference at DMP media center on Saturday.

Monirul Islam told journalists that Chhatra Dal activists Uzzal Hossain and Sohel Milon, who were detained on Friday in this connection, gave the confessional statement.

Senior leaders of BNP ordered to create anarchy and make blockade successful, he added quoting the detained.
