Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is set to hold a condolence rally in the capital Dhaka today (July 20).

The rally will be held at Paltan at 3pm protesting, what the party said, attacks on its rally in various parts of the country, and condoling the killing of a worker.

On Wednesday (July 19) afternoon, during the concluding speech of the march programme at Jatrabari, BNP leader Mirza Abbas announced this program. 

He said, "We must account for the casualties in the recent violent incidents during the party's movement on Tuesday. All the killings that have occurred in the last 15 years will be scrutinized."
