CHITTAGONG: Police held three activists of Chhatra Shibir, the student wing of Jamaat-e-Islami with petrol from Chandgoan residential area in the port city on Wednesday morning.

The detainees are- Jasim, 24, Nazmul, 22 and Masum Billah, 25.

Confirming the matter, Chandgoan Thana Officer-in-Charge Syed Abdur Rauf told banglanews, “Police caught the Shibir men in red handed while trying to set fire to vehicles using petrol.”
