DHAKA: The scheduled meeting for Wednesday between UN Assistant Secretary General Taranco and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was cancelled for their busy schedule.

Media Adviser to the premier Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury made the disclosure while talking to journalists.

He said, “Both Taranco and Sheikh Hasina were busy and Taranco will leave the country today. So, the meeting is not taking place today.”
