Jamaat Shibir activists and police during hartal hours in divisional city’s Osmani Medical College road area on Thursday morning.

Sources said that Shibir activists brought out a procession in support of hartal in the area at around 8am.

They locked into a clash with law enforcers when police obstructed the protesters. At one stage, police opened fire to bring the situation under control, leaving at least 15 people injured.
