DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel took Jatiya Party (JP) Chairman Hussain Muhammad Ershad to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) from his Banani’s residence on Thursday night.

RAB personnel picked him up at around 11:30pm on Thursday.

Earlier in the day, a 10-memebrs police team led by Gulshan Thana officer-in-charge Rafiqul Islam rushed to Ershad’s residence.

Later a RAB car carrying Ershad reached CMH of Dhaka cantonment.
