DHAKA: A Dhaka court Tuesday granted bail to three top leaders of BNP and Swechhasebak Dal, in one case field against them.

The leaders are ASM Hannan Shah, BNP standing committee member, Swechhasebak Dal general secretary Mir Sharafat Ali Sapu, and its organizing secretary Shafiul Bari Babu.

Vacation bench judge Md Arifur Rahman of Metropolitan session judge court passed the order.

Hannan Shah got bail in case with Bhatara thana for alleged involvement in vehicle vandalism while Sapu and Bari in a arson case with Motijheel thana.
 
But the leaders would not be released from jail right now as they were accused in several cases, said defense lawyer Advocate Sanaullah Mia.
