DHAKA: Jatiya Party (JP) Presidium Member Mujibul Haque Chunnu, also Youth and Sports Affairs, on Saturday said Jatiya Party (Rowshan) would join election to ensure constitutional continuity.

He came up with the assertion while talking to journalists after a meeting with JP presidium member Rowshan Ershad, wife of HM Ershad, in city’s Gulshan in the noon.

Chunnu said, “We think that we should join in elections to continue the provision of the constitution and that’s why Rowshan Ershad and we will participate in election.”
