Awami League (AL) will hold peace rally across the country tomorrow (October 29).

AL General Secretary Obaidul Quader announced the programmes from the party's rally held at the south gate of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque on Saturday.

"BNP is a murderous and terrorists' party, they have returned to their old destructive activities today," he added.

Earlier today, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has announced to observe a daylong hartal across the country on the same day.

A policeman succumbed to his injuries received during a clash between law enforcers and supporters centering rallies of AL, BNP and Jamaat at Fakirapool intersection on Saturday afternoon in Dhaka.
