SYLHET: Metropolitan police in a drive held 15 BNP-Shibir men from several points of the district on Sunday night.

The identity of the detainees could not be known immediately.

Metropolitan Additional Deputy Assistant commissioner told banglanews, “Apprehending subversive act, in a night long drive police held them.”

Of the detainees one was Hizbut Tahrir activist, he added.
