Jatiya Party MPs-elect to take oath Wednesday

The Jatiya Party candidates who won the Jatiya Sangsad polls on 7 January as lawmkers will take oath on Tuesday.

The pre-declared meeting of the party on Thursday, however, was cancelled, confirmed Mahmud Alam, joint office secretary in a message on Tuesday evening.

The Jatiya Party has requested all eleven candidates who won the general election to attend the office of the deputy leader of the opposition in the parliament by 10:00am tomorrow.
