BOGRA: Opposition BNP-led 18-party alliance called 48-hour hartal in the district from Saturday morning protesting confinement of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.
District 18-party alliance convener Saiful Islam made the announcement after a protest rally on Thursday afternoon.
The shutdown will start from Saturday 6:00am and will continue till Monday 6:00am.
Earlier 18-party alliance observed 36-hour hartal in the district from Wednesday morning protesting confinement of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.
