BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has returned to her Gulshan residence after completing health check-up at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.
Shamsuddin Didar, a member of the BNP chairperson's press wing, confirmed the matter.
Earlier on Thursday, she was taken to the hospital again for a physical examination.
Later, the BNP chief left the hospital and reached her residence at about 12:00am, he added.
The former prime minister Khaleda Zia arrived at her residence, Firoza, in Gulshan in the capital on January 11, where she continues to receive medical care based on doctors' recommendations.
Khaleda Zia's physical condition has improved since her return home after a 156-day stay in the hospital.
She has been suffering from various ailments, including liver cirrhosis, arthritis, diabetes, kidney, lung, heart, and eye problems.
