DHAKA: British High Commissioner Robert Gibson met BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and had a discussion for more than an hour at her Gulshan residence Wednesday night.

During the meeting, the chairperson’s advisors Sabih Uddin Ahmed and Riaz Rahman were present there.

Sources confirmed that they talked about the enduring political situation and BNP’s position in this regard.

Earlier on December 30, 2013, Robert Gibson called on Khaleda Zia.
