DHAKA: The High Court issued two rules asking to explain how Feni Awami League general secretary Nizamuddin Hazari is still a Member of Parliament and why his constituency should not be declared vacant.

An HC bench comprising Justice Mirza Hussain Haider and Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar issued he rules Sunday.

Earlier, Nizam Uddin Hazari, Awami League lawmaker and sacked Feni AL leader Joynal Hazari blamed each other for the Phulgazi Upazila Chairman Ekramul Haque killing.
