Mass movement after Eid, says Khaleda

DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Monday warned that they would stage countrywide mass demonstration after the Eid-ul-Fitr protesting pervading injustice and tyranny by the incumbent Awami league-led government.

The BNP chief came up with the forewarning while addressing an Iftar Party of Jatiya Ganatrantik Party (JAGPA) in a city hotel in the evening.

The Chairman of JAGPA Shafiul Alam Pradhan arranged the Iftar Party for the prominent politicians and noted civilians of the country.

BNP Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, standing committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia, Nazrul Islam Khan and Gayeshwar Chandra Roy were among others present at the function.
