DHAKA: A Dhaka Court Tuesday deferred the hearing on charge framing against BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and 45 other BNP leaders in vehicle torching case.

Metropolitan Magistrate Tarek Mainul Islam Bhuiyan fixed September 4 when Advocate Sanaullah appealed seeking times as five accused were not produced before the court.

Some 37 accused of the case were produced before court and rest four others were fugitive. 

On May 10, 2012, mentioning 45 names including Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Moudud Ahmed, Amanullah Aman, Mirza Abbas, Abdullah Al Noman police submitted charge-sheet in the case.
