DHAKA: A Dhaka court framed charge against BNP standing committee members Barrister Maudud Ahmed, Mirza Abbas and Gayeswar Chandra Roy among 41 in a case filed under speedy trial tribunal with Paltan Thana in city. 

Metropolitan magistrate Tarek Moinul Islam passed the order after the hearing on Tuesday morning. 

Besides, the court fixed September 12 for deposition submission by witnesses in the case filed with Paltan Thana.

On the other hand, BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and leaders appeared before court for three cases in Shahjahanpur Thana, Sher-e-bangla Nagar Thana and Sutrapur Thana.
