Amendment to make judges spotless

DHAKA: Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed Nasim opined that the incumbent government passed the 16th amendment to make Supreme Court Judges spotless. 

The Minister came up with the assertion while addressing a program titled ‘International Homeopathy Conference-14’ at capital's Engineering Institute organized by Bangladesh Homeopathy Board and Asian Homeopathy Medical League on Friday noon. 

Nasim said, “We respect Judges. We made the amendment so that the Justices could not lose their honor.” 

He also claimed that people have full support in the amendment.

With Dr. Dilip Kumar Roy, Chairman, Bangladesh Homeopathy Board presided over the program where Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare AM Badruddoza, Asian Homeopathic Medical League (AHML) Dr AK Seth (India), among others, attended the program.
