BRAHMANBARIA: BNP chairperson, also leader of 20-party alliance, Khaleda Zia will visit the district on Tuesday to attend a party rally here.

The BNP chief will address the rally at Niaz Muhammad High School playground at 3:00pm.

Local unit of BNP have taken all-out preparation to make the rally successful. When Banglanews Correspondent visited the rally venue on Monday afternoon saw that stage making was underway.

To welcome Khaleda, over 200 arcades were set up on neatly 15 kilometer-long road stretching from Ashuganj upazila to the rally place. Banners and festoons have covered the rally place and its adjacent areas.

BNP called the rally protesting ‘murder-disappearance-torture’ across the country, national broadcast policy, and judge impeachment act and demanding next election under the non-partisan caretaker government.
