Khaleda reaches Brahmanbaria

FROM KHALEDA’S MOTORCADE: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson, also chief of 20-party alliance, Khaleda Zia reached Brahmanbaria on Tuesday to attend a party rally.

The BNP chief is scheduled to address the rally at Niaz Muhammad High School playground around 4:00pm.

B’baria district BNP is organizing the rally protesting murder-disappearance-torture across the country, national broadcast policy, judges impeachment law and demanding next election under the non-partisan caretaker government.

Senior leaders, including its standing committee members Mirza Abbas, Vice-chairman Selima Rahman, Khaleda’s security affairs advisor major general (retd) Fazle Elahi Akbar, press secretary Maruf Kamal Khan Sohel, and Dhaka city BNP member secretary Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel, among others, accompanied her.

After addressing the rally, Khaleda is scheduled to leave Brahmanbaria for Dhaka at 7:00pm.
