DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will leave Dhaka for Jamalpur district on Friday afternoon.
She will stay the night in Tangail.
The BNP chief is going to Jamalpur to address a mass rally there and to distribute relief materials among the recent flood-hit people in the district.
Sources told banglanews that Khaleda Zia will start the journey at 4:00pm from her Gulshan residence in the city.
She is supposed to reach at Tangail after the evening and will stay the night there at Jamuna Resort, sources added.
They said that the BNP chief will resume her journey on Saturday morning for Jamalpur. She will attend a rally there at zilla school premises.
