DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will host a reception in city on the day of Eid-ul-Adzha that falls on Monday to exchange greetings with the people from all walks of life.

Hasina, also Awami League (AL) president, will exchange greetings with people from different professions at 9:30am and with justice and foreign diplomats at 10:00am.

However, local government, rural development and cooperatives minister, also AL general secretary, Syed Ashraful Islam will stay in city during the Eid.

Deputy leader of the House, also AL presidium member, Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury will celebrate the Eid at her own area in Faridpur. She will go there on Sunday.

Industries minister, also AL presidium member, Amir Hossain Amu told banglanews, he will celebrate the Eid at his local area.

Commerce minister Tofail Ahmed will also celebrate Eid at his parliamentary constituency in Bhola district.

He arrived there on Saturday morning.
