No room for communalism in Bangladesh

RAMU (COX’S BAZAR):  Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor on Wednesday said there is no place for communalism in Bangladesh. 

The minister came up with the assertion while addressing the Probarona Purnima Festival on Ramu Khiri Ideal High School ground of the upazila as the chief guest at 9:00am on the day.

Noor said that he believes in the sense of the non-communalism and the Liberation War; communal power carried out massacre to keep the superpower happy, this can not be a politics.

Go to Pakistan, if you (the communal power holders) do not believe in the War of independence, he added.

Local constituency lawmaker Simum Sarwar Kamol, Awami League central sub-committee leader Pashanta Bhushan Barua, upazlia nirbahi officer Masud Hossain, among others, spoke at the function.
