DHAKA: The newly formed Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) central committee expressed their hope saying that all student organizations will extend their support to the movement for restoring democracy in the country.

The student wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) made the urge on Wednesday while addressing a press conference at party central office in city’s Nayapaltan in the noon.

Rajib Ahsan, the new president of Chhatra Dal, said at the conference that they will fight until the ‘lost’ democracy has been restored.

JCD new committee general secretary Akramul Hasan along with more than 200 leaders and activists was also there.
