RAJBARI: Miscreants shot Vice-Chairman of Pangsha Upazila Parishad Munshi Nader Hossain, also district Krishak League president, at upazila town Friday morning.

The bullet-wounded vice-chairman was admitted to Faridpur Medical College and Hospital.

Officer-in-Charge of Pangsha Thana Abul Bashar Mia told banglanews that Munshi Nader Hossain sustained gunshot wounds in the chest as a gang of miscreants shot twice aiming him while he was going to market in the morning.

Locals admitted him to Faridpur Medical College and Hospital, he added.
