DHAKA: Chhatra Shibir activists blasted three cocktails and vandalized some human haulers and auto-rickshaws at Banasreee area in the capital on Thursday as 20-party’s non-stop blockade underway.

Earlier, a group of Shibir activists led by Dhaka East Shibir president Rezaul Haq brought out a procession in the area.

After unleashing the violence, they had fled the scene before police rushed to the spot.
