NARAIL: At least 10 Awami League activists were injured in a clash between two groups of the party at the town on Thursday.

Witnesses said the two groups led by district Sramik League general secretary Al-Mashru-Billah Nenu and Krishak League leader Akter Hossain Mollah locked into the clash branding with local weapons, leaving 10 men of the both sides injured.

The injured four activists were admitted to Sadar hospital and the remaining activists were given primary treatment.

Sadar Thana Sub-Inspector Manik Chandra Saha and Amir Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
