DHAKA: Bangladesh national team cricketer Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister also Awami League President Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban before buying nomination form to contest the upcoming national polls.
The ODI skipper is going to run in the 11th parliamentary polls from Narail-2 constituency.
Mashrafe gave Salam (salutation) to the premier and sought goodwill from her at the premier’s official residence around 11:30on Sunday (Nov 11).
The celebrated cricketster is slated to buy nomination form from the political office of Awami League president in Dhanmondi later in the day.
